360 feedback

360 degree feedback is the process by which feedback from subordinates, co-workers and an employee's supervisor, as well as self-assessment, is collected by the employee himself.

Feedback forms include questions that are measured on a rating scale and also ask voters to provide written feedback. The feedback recipient also includes a self-assessment review that includes the same survey questions that others receive in their forms.
